About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional to lead business and IT projects for insurance companies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes and dependencies, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business and IT projects for insurance companies
  • Translate business issues into IT blueprints and appropriate solutions
  • Help navigate insurance clients to the best specific IT solutions
  • Oversee project architecture, ensuring alignment with standards and managing risks and dependencies
  • Act as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or business architect based on project needs
  • Support clients with knowledge and act as an advisor
  • Build relations with key stakeholders based on substantiative knowledge and being seen as a trustworthy advisor
  • Stay updated on industry trends and evaluate their potential impact on client IT architectures

About the Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of professional experience in IT projects within the insurance sector and in an international environment. They will also have a comprehensive understanding of how insurance companies operate, including relevant processes and business models.
