Database Specialist

At GULP – experts united, we are seeking a highly skilled Database / ERP Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our databases (Access) and ERP system.

Main Responsibilities:

• Administration and maintenance of our databases (Access) and the ERP system
• Execution of SQL queries for data analysis and processing
• Creating and maintaining Excel tables for price lists and merchandise management systems
• Creating evaluations for various departments, including purchasing, sales and management
• Creation of sales statistics, analysis of price and sales trends
• Creation of comprehensive and detailed reports

Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of ACCESS, SQL and Excel
• Initial knowledge of network technology
• Understanding of numbers and business know-how
• Initial experience with ERP systems
• Analytical thinking and the ability to recognize complex relationships and present them in an understandable way
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
