About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to support our subsidiary ledger operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for verifying and posting incoming invoices, initiating payment transactions, and optimizing our accounting processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and assign incoming invoices for accurate accounting
  • Initiate payment transactions and ensure timely processing
  • Continuously improve and refine our accounting processes and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with specialist departments and interface with external companies
  • Participate in monthly and annual financial statement preparation
  • Regularly report to your supervisor and contribute to team discussions

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in accounting. Your expertise should include:

  • Completed training in accounting or a related field
  • Professional experience in accounts payable accounting
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
