Technical Consultant SAP HCM Payroll (Sweden) & Payroll Integrations

You are interested in Human Resources and technology? We are looking for a skilled Technical Consultant to join our team at E Digital Technology GmbH.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Consultant to support our Swedish HR Business and IT team on technical and process topics in the area of HR Core Master Data as well as Swedish Payroll Data and corresponding technical interfaces.

  • Support the monthly activities before and after the payroll runs
  • Collaborate with IT teams on technical and process topics
  • Translate new requirements from different local and global stakeholders into technical deliverables and service requirements
  • Analyse, support and implement technical changes in projects
  • Ensure the implementation, enhancement and support of products and services related to HR master and payroll data and related processes
Responsibilities

As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Deep analysis, investigation and solving of medium to critical issues within the Swedish HR system landscape
  • Engagement in technical change projects and initiatives focused on digitization and AI
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables
  • Implementation and support of technical changes in projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Several years of experience in technology, payroll and integrations
  • Technical expertise in SAP HCM, HR cloud solutions and middleware applications
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English with proficiency in German communication
  • Basic Swedish language skills and/or willingness to learn
