A Day in the Life

As a LoA Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of GT GS project decisions, coordinating and moderating LoA Meetings, advising on process-related topics, and documenting management decisions. This will give you the opportunity to accumulate experience regarding the entire portfolio of our GT GS Execution Unit and to have exposure to management levels, which will give many options to develop your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface between the businesses and functions for all LoA related topics
  • Closely cooperate with project teams, providing active consulting and guidance on LoA and LoA tool (Salesforce) related questions
  • Continuously improve and evolve the LoA process by identifying improvement potentials
  • Ensure the application of the LoA process, including timely announcement and document submission, as well as the assessment of the accuracy and completeness and consistency of the data
  • Organize and moderate LoA meetings on management level
  • Initiate and document LoA approval in time, including conditions and/or comments in Salesforce
  • Provide information and publication of LoA-relevant news/info to the LoA community

Requirements

  • Sound experience in complex project environments
  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders, including management level
  • Experience in interdisciplinary international project teams across different organizational levels is an advantage
  • German and English skills are required
  • Ideally experience in documenting risk management in appropriate tools (Salesforce)
