Working Student in Finance Operations Risk Management

Job Description:
As a working student in Finance Operations Risk Management at Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and developing standardized methods for credit risk reserve setting in accordance with IFRS 9. Your tasks will include supporting the testing phase of a software migration, gaining a broad overview of analytical software applications in risk management topics, and developing test cases for programmed tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support testing and analytical tasks during software migration
- Gain knowledge of analytical software applications in risk management topics
- Develop test cases for programmed tools
- Support test execution and alignment with functional and IT departments
- Responsible for tasks focusing on analysis of calculation results with method and data related issues
- Develop and test SQL, SAS, Databricks, VBA, or Power BI based tools and ad hoc code
Requirements:
- Student of Business Informatics, Business Mathematics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or comparable education
- Motivated to utilize analytical, programming, and conceptual competencies
- Experience in programming, with knowledge of SQL, VBA, Databricks, SAS, or Power BI
- Knowledge of risk management related topics, such as IFRS or statistical data analyses
- Strong ability to work independently, conscientiously, and self-driven
