Project Manager for Construction and Renovation

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction and renovation projects at Grand City Property. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project strategies
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
