Mechatronician / Service Technician for Refrigeration Machines & Heat Pumps (m/w/d)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mechatronician / Service Technician to join our team at ENGIE Refrigeration. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers in the operation and maintenance of their refrigeration and heat pump systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration and heat pump systems, including troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
- Install and commission new equipment, ensuring that it is properly integrated into the existing system.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect and maintain equipment, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring that they are fully aware of the operation and maintenance requirements of their systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all service activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Mechatronics or a related field, such as refrigeration and air conditioning.
- Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and heat pump systems.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
