Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of scalable software architectures and drive technical decisions
- Implement front-end web applications and back-end web services
- Assure delivery of high-quality software through robust CI/CD pipelines and code reviews
- Own major projects and features from design phase to deployment and support
- Become a domain expert in the complex ecosystem of payments within eBay
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar technical degree
- 10 years of experience designing and developing highly scalable web applications
- In-depth experience in translating requirements into scalable software architectures
- Proficiency in Javascript, React, HTML5, TypeScript, and CSS3
- Experience in back-end development of RESTful web services using Java/Spring Boot/J2EE
- Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Git
- Familiar with writing unit tests with mocking
