Product Owner/Business Analyst

TAKKT Group is seeking a motivated individual to join their team in Stuttgart as an ERP Product Owner/Business Analyst to shape the future of work.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and execute the vision for the ERP Systems and their features.
- Develop a product roadmap based on the vision.
- Identify, prioritize, and manage features and stories in the backlog.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the ERP team to create and improve features.
- Take hands-on responsibility for managing features on the platform.
- Collect and manage demands from all stakeholders.
- Work with the team and stakeholders to execute the product vision from conception to launch.
- Prioritize features and run topics by identifying business value and effort.
- Measure the success of implemented features through established KPIs and ROI.
- Analyze and identify enhancements or new features together with stakeholders and feature analysts.
- Deep understanding of retail business models and processes.
- At least 3 office days per week on average.
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a consultant and working in an agile product development environment.
- Familiarity with agile product management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
- Highly organized, structured way of working, and team player with a hands-on mentality.
- Analytical mindset.
- Very good English skills and fluent German skills.
