Manager Corporate Strategy / M&A (m/w/d)

In this role, you will be actively involved in shaping Vetter Pharma's future, working closely with top management and all departments.

• Develop, steer, and coordinate the company's strategy, focusing on future-oriented topics.
• Work closely with top management and all departments to drive business growth.
• Lead the implementation of the company's strategy in interdisciplinary project teams.
• Support strategic decision-making by conducting analyses (company, product, market, competition, and trend analyses) and developing strategic recommendations.
• Prepare presentations for management, drawing on diverse perspectives and themes.
• Design and execute meetings and workshops, from planning and conception to follow-up.
• Support the team in managing M&A processes.

• You are highly motivated and hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• You have experience in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or business development.
• You are able to understand new topics quickly and enjoy working independently, bringing your own ideas to the table.
• You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• You are empathetic and excel at communicating with diverse departments.
• You are flexible, adapt quickly to changes, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• You have excellent English skills, which you can utilize when creating documents.
• You are proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
