Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate - Fresh Produce, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our fresh produce products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the produce department
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote company initiatives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
