Job Overview

In this role, you will support workforce communications and execute an end-to-end communication strategy with the Workforce Growth team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write original copy for workforce communications, including newsletters, lifecycle comms, and engagement campaigns;
  • Proofread and edit copy written by other stakeholders;
  • Develop creative ideas and concepts, working closely with local teams from both DE and NL markets;
  • Perform additional duties and support with other ad hoc campaigns;
  • Take part in brainstorms with our Workforce Ops team;
  • Actively take responsibility when needed, no matter the task.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely;
  • Business Fluent English
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to think critically under tight deadlines;
  • Copywriting experience;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
  • Strong work ethic and listening skills while also being able to tackle multiple projects at once;
  • Passion and skill for writing and communicating is a plus;
  • German speaking is a plus;
