About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented UX Researcher to join our dynamic team at Seven Entertainment Group GmbH. As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in supporting our UX Research team in all aspects of UX Research activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews, usability tests, workshops, surveys, and other research activities to gather insights and data.
  • Analyze, interpret, and summarize data to provide actionable recommendations for UX Design and Product teams.
  • Communicate findings through presentations and highlight videos.
  • Conduct desk research on current trends and target groups in the streaming industry.
  • Collaborate with UX Researchers, UX Designers, and Product Managers to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Education in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Consumer Research, Media Informatics, or a related field.
  • Fluent language proficiency in German and English.
  • Familiarity with research methods and their application in UX Research.
  • Passion for users, insights, and a natural curiosity about how to make products users love.
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and effective communication skills.

Working Conditions

  • 20 hours/week, flexible distribution by arrangement.
  • Minimum 6 months, maximum 2 years.
  • Gross monthly salary for 20 hours/week: €1,200 (first 6 months), €1,300 (from the 7th month).
