As a District Manager:in / Business Manager:in at Enpal GmbH, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of construction projects for all customers in your district and achieving sales and equipment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effective and efficient use of all available personnel resources and identify future needs.
• Ensure the economic success of the district and take responsibility for all activities in the district with a high cost awareness.
• Involved in the development and maintenance of long-term construction partnerships and optimize the process if necessary.
• Control and optimize the operational business, including work safety and quality, both on-site at construction sites and from a distance, and identify process bottlenecks.

Requirements:

• You have several years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in the crafts or construction industry.
• You are accustomed to leading external (craft) partners with sovereignty.
• You have experience in leading decentralized organizations/teams.
• Your actions are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, yet you possess a hands-on mentality.
• You possess a high level of self-responsibility, organizational talent, and assertiveness.
• You have well-developed communication skills and are culturally open.
• You are willing to undertake regular business trips within the district.
