Job Description

Main tasks include:

  • Working on current strategic projects, analyzing market trends and competitor ecosystems, and conducting business analysis.
  • Researching and analyzing market data in new expansion areas, producing in-depth analysis to support Motorola Solutions' expansion.
  • Analyzing market reports, data inputs, and market data to produce analysis on Motorola Solutions vs. competitors' performance.
  • Collaborating with various teams and information streams, gathering and translating data into comprehensive reports and presentations.
  • Contributing to discussions and decisions in the Strategy department, gaining insight into the overall works and strategy of a large business.

Requirements

To succeed in these tasks, we are looking for someone with the following profile:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, management, economics, finance, or engineering; a Master's degree is a bonus.
  • Interest in performing business and market analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Excel data analysis, MS PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications; familiarity with Google Suite tools is an advantage.
  • Strategic mindset and enthusiasm for solving business and strategic challenges.
  • Enthusiasm for the business and strategy area.
  • Result-oriented, self-efficient, and capable of independently driving tasks forward.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills; good skills in a second language are a plus.
