uptain sucht einen erfahrenen Senior Lead Developer (m/w/d), der unsere innovativen Produkte auf der AWS-Plattform weiterentwickelt und mit Kundenfeedback kontinuierlich optimiert.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung neuer uptain-Produkte auf der AWS-Plattform und deren stetige Optimierung basierend auf Kundenfeedback
  • Evaluierung neuer Technologien auf der AWS-Plattform und Integration der Ergebnisse in unsere Architektur
  • Führung des internationalen Full-Stack Entwicklungsteams und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Freelancern, Agenturen sowie dem internen Data-Science-Team
  • Die Kommunikation im Team erfolgt primär in Englisch.
  • Gemeinsames Definieren von Anforderungen an unsere Produkte und deren Umsetzung in der Praxis
  • Beantwortung von IT-Infrastruktur- oder Coding-Fragen des Full-Stack Teams sowie die Suche nach Problemlösungen
  • Überarbeitung der AWS-Infrastruktur mithilfe von Docker/Serverless zur Verbesserung des Deployments
  • Optimierung der Stagingumgebungen zur Verbesserung des Testprozesses
  • Entwicklung neuer AWS Lambda Funktionen mit TypeScript
  • Einrichtung neuer Datenbanken (mysql und/oder NoSQL)
Dein Profil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Softwarelösungen auf der AWS-Plattform
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Programmiersprachen, insbesondere TypeScript
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Docker und Serverless Architekturen
  • Führungsqualitäten und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu führen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
