About Growth-Talent: We are working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a German-speaking Sales Retention Agent for their Limassol office.
Job Description:
As a Sales Retention Agent, you will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, converting high-quality leads into long-lasting customers, increasing chances of future sales, and ensuring clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given.
Requirements:
- Native/fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous experience in same/similar role in Forex & CFD Industry is essential
- Computer savviness
- Ability to work with deadlines & targets
- Management and mathematics skills
- Great objection-handling skills
- Availability to start/join with the short notice.
