Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Hive Technologies GmbH. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in identifying and qualifying prospective clients, shaping cutting-edge processes, and accelerating our expansion into new markets.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct targeted outbound and inbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and social selling to generate new business opportunities
- Take ownership and qualify leads by understanding their logistics needs, challenges, and potential for collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the broader Growth team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads
- Utilize innovative strategies to engage and educate prospects about Hive's offering
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Winner mentality, you want to help us win and reshape logistics landscape
- You are native to German and can speak English
- You are based in Berlin, or willing to relocate
- You have sales experience, preferred but not required
