As a Logistics Manager, you will work in various shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency. Your priorities will include routine team management, daily operations, and addressing escalations as needed. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of business strategies.

The Customer Fulfillment (CF) team is the backbone of Amazon's business, responsible for fulfilling customer orders. Our team has evolved from a small group of book sellers to a global team that processes over 1.5 million orders daily. We are constantly seeking ways to improve our services and expand our product offerings using emerging technologies. As a member of the CF team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English and German (written and spoken)
• Experience: Relevant experience in data analysis and logistics

• Communication Skills: Experience communicating with various stakeholders, including colleagues and management
• Logistics Experience: Experience working in a logistics environment
• Technical Skills: Experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting
