About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Expert to join our team at Heraeus. As a key member of our Consulting Unit, you will play a crucial role in driving the further development of our services and digital products in the area of IoT and digitalization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage projects in the areas of digital transformation and process improvement at Heraeus.
- Drive a data-driven mindset throughout the organization.
- Develop a strong "user intimacy" through a deep understanding of the goals and working methods of the target users at Heraeus and/or the customers.
- Work closely with colleagues from the Data Science and Customer Experience teams and maintain an open and close collaboration with internal and external project members, partners and customers.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a successfully completed master's degree in business, IT, engineering, or equivalent knowledge gained through experience. You will also need to have work experience as a strategy consultant, digital transformation manager or product manager, as well as a strong affinity for IoT, software development, and data analytics.
