Senior Product Manager App

As a seasoned Senior Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our App's strategic direction, aligning user and business goals, and fostering seamless interaction with our digital ecosystem.
This role demands a deep understanding of our target audience's pain points and needs, driving creative solutions that enhance gardening and plant care experiences while ensuring high product quality and user satisfaction.
You'll collaborate closely with design, UX, marketing, and engineering teams to generate new product ideas, evaluate them efficiently, and implement them promptly. Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration are essential in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and communicating product roadmaps, working in an agile environment, and actively managing backlogs and priorities.
- Improving products and features measurably through analytical and data-driven approaches.
- Managing software development sprints in fast-paced environments.
- 6+ years of experience as a product owner in a digital B2C environment, with a proven track record of developing mobile apps and implementing cohesive product strategies.
- Motivation, ambition, and team spirit to take hands-on responsibility for introducing new product features that generate value for users and the business.
- Proficiency in defining, managing, and successfully completing software development sprints in fast-paced environments.
- Affinity for numbers and technical understanding, enabling informed decision-making and quick implementation.
- Strong communication and prioritization skills, along with significant experience in managing cross-functional teams in hybrid environments.
- Minimum C1 in written and spoken German and English is mandatory.
