About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Lexxion Publisher. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across the European Union.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers, ensuring their professional training and learning needs are met through our products and services.
- Conduct customer calls to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with our events, marketing, and database teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Help us define and develop new products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer service or technical support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with high-level professionals.
- Basic understanding of the European Union and its institutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
