We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team at Actemium H&F GmbH. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.

• Develop and implement construction plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget
• Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns
• Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Develop and implement strategies to improve construction efficiency, quality, and safety

• Proven experience in construction management, with a strong background in electrical engineering
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
