Introduction to the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Verivox GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions using the Salesforce Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies to build customized solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Provide technical leadership and set best practices for integration and application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement.
  • Collaborate with different Salesforce stakeholders to gather and analyze information.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Strong problem understanding, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience as a Salesforce developer, including a good understanding of the Salesforce Platform, its architecture, and limitations.
  • Proficient decision-making ability, distinguishing between programmatic and declarative approaches.
  • Deep knowledge of key platform technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Salesforce development.
  • Platform Developer-1 Certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce MarketingCloud and CDP integrations.
  • English speaker, German is a plus.
