Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Student to join our team at TOMRA. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the marketing team to assist in various projects and campaigns. This position is ideal for students studying marketing, advertising, or a related field, who are looking to gain real-world experience in the field.

  • Video uploads to our internal video platform and YouTube
  • Set up of Marketing emails in HubSpot (marketing automation tool)
  • Support in setting up landing pages in WordPress (content management system for websites)
  • Assist with the implementation of digital business cards
  • Internal communications support (intranet maintenance, updates and monitoring)
  • Help with internal and external events
  • Creation of Power Point presentations
  • Ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

  • Solid cross-cultural skills with a global mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Creative and innovative thinking
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent English and German language skills
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Ongoing or completed University degree (business administration, communication or similar)

Additional Information
