Electrical Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at King and Moffatt in Frankfurt. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all site elements of assigned projects, ensuring full project deliverables are achieved, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE, and other relevant protocols.
  • Coordinate and manage plant hire, tools, and labour to meet project requirements.
  • Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
  • Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Execute commissioning and closeout plans, and ensure close out of snag lists.
  • Deliver on labour tracker and manage relevant external correspondence.
  • Order day-to-day site materials and update project information to progress reports.
  • Maintain the K&M Document Management System and manage project-specific scheduling.
  • Communicate changes to the Project team and maintain project quality reporting and monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
  • Fully Qualified Electrician – Qualified QC Tester.
  • People management experience and project management experience beneficial.
  • Computer literate with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to do some travel if/when required.
