About the Role
RWE Supply & Trading GmbH is seeking a talented individual to join our Early Careers, Recruiting and Talent Attraction team. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting full-lifecycle recruiting processes and taking over responsibility for our student recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of our talent attraction strategy, creating content for various platforms and coming up with innovative HR marketing initiatives.
- Actively contribute to the organisation and participation in Assessment Centers for our Early Career Programmes.
- Manage and analyse relevant data, preparing reporting deliverables to support business decisions.
- Provide overall support in recruiting and career events, ensuring excellent candidate experience.
Requirements
- Currently studying towards your Bachelor's / Master's degree or completing a post-university GAP year.
- High level of self-drive and 'can do' attitude, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a desire to continuously improve and challenge the status quo.
- Creative mindset, passion for Social Media and content creation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
