As a global leader in optical and digital solutions, we're driven by continuous improvement to create the best work environment for our people and excite our customers. We're seeking a talented Software Test Manager to join our Research & Development team in the Software Quality assurance team.

As part of our R&D team, you'll work on one of the leading software solutions for microscopy, collaborating closely with all other R&D teams to deliver software solutions that make the invisible visible and empower our customers to create a better, healthier world.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage software and system tests for microscopy applications with your team of test experts.
  • Support and ensure compliance with prescribed development processes and methods, optimizing them as needed.
  • Plan, lead, and support your employees, ensuring their qualification and assessment.
  • Provide technical support to RA&QA, Production, Technical Service, and Product Management.
  • Collaborate with software test leaders at other LMS development sites to create synergies, establish joint processes, and share best practices.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Completed studies in computer science, engineering, or natural sciences.
  • Many years of experience in manual software testing and software test automation.
  • Strong conceptual and communication skills, with a good understanding of systems and applications.
  • Good knowledge of English and German.
