Position Overview
We are looking for a part-time intern or student to join our Procurement department within our Group Office team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of reports utilizing PowerBi
- Contribute to the improvement of procurement tools
- Support tender preparations and negotiations
- Collaborate with various departments
- Manage administrative tasks and communications
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in economics or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of commercial or IT concepts
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Prior internship experience is advantageous
Requirements
- Committed, adaptable, and a team-oriented individual
- Ability to work independently and maintain organization
- Fluent in English
- Available for a six-month duration
Compensation and Benefits
- Student compensation: Bachelor - 14 euros/hour, Master - 16 euros/hour
- Intern compensation: 950 euros/month
