Position Overview

This role is based in our Achern location and is not a remote position.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or online retailing
  • Completed vocational training in a relevant field
  • Open to career changers with a background in (online) sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic about engaging with customers and embracing new challenges
  • Proficient in digital communication tools, particularly Outlook
  • Ability to work on-site and effectively connect with clients

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell new vehicles from Renault and Dacia, as well as other brands, while offering additional services like financing and service contracts.
  • Utilize email and phone as primary communication channels to effectively engage with customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while attracting new customers as an online automotive sales consultant.
