Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team at GIP. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 care to our pediatric patients in their own homes
  • Accompany patients to school or other activities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide basic and therapeutic care to patients
  • Assist with rehabilitation and social care activities
  • Support patients and their families in daily life and during vacations

Requirements:

  • Degree in nursing or a related field
  • Experience in pediatric care, preferably in intensive care
  • High level of clinical and social competence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
