Senior Purchasing Manager

Recruitment Room is a family-run company with a strong focus on sustainability and environmental protection. We are seeking an experienced Senior Purchasing Manager to join our team.

This is a full-time position that requires at least 5-10 years of experience in purchasing and materials management, preferably in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, be fluent in German and English, and have experience with integrated ERP systems and MS Office products.

• Determination of requirements, planning, and procurement processing (national/international)
• Negotiation of price and contract conditions
• Maintenance of delivery dates and internal coordination with departments
• Preparation and conclusion of long-term contracts and call orders
• Support of the supply chain / search for alternative sources of supply
• Make or buy decisions
• Product development and quality control
• Independent project development

• A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
