Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Power platforms, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, as well as data modeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex solutions using Power Apps.
  • Implement and optimize automated workflows with Power Automate.
  • Create and manage advanced reports and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior developers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify needs and propose technological solutions.
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of delivered projects.
Requirements
  • Advanced experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and data modeling.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
  • Knowledge of API integration and web services.
  • Experience in implementing solutions in specific industries.
  • Knowledge in deploying Power BI and Power Apps solutions in other environments such as data warehouses and SharePoint.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Organized and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Previous experience in mentoring and team development.
  • Open to learning new programming languages.
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus.
