Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Chinese Cuisine to join our team at DO & CO Airline Catering. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for creating exceptional culinary experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook Chinese dishes for first-, business-, and economy-class flights
  • Inspect and verify the quality of ingredients and finished dishes
  • Ensure compliance with our HACCP standards and kitchen hygiene protocols
  • Supervise and lead the kitchen team to achieve high-quality results
Requirements
  • Proven experience in preparing traditional Chinese dishes at fine dining level
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Vocational training as a chef or equivalent experience
  • Excellent service-oriented personality and hands-on work approach
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent German and/or English language skills
