We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our team at MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. in Frankfurt am Main. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our European headquarters' information security posture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement robust information security policies and procedures to protect our organization's assets and data.
- Collaborate with our Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and maintain the highest standards of data protection.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Provide training and support to employees to raise awareness about information security best practices and promote a culture of security within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies, and recommend enhancements to our security architecture to ensure we remain competitive in the field.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration on security-related matters.
- Strong background in information security, with a degree in IT or a related field, and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of system administration, network security, and network administration, as well as current security risks and protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, with Korean language skills an advantage.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CCNA Security, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
