SIS Swiss International School is a private day school that offers a unique bilingual education from kindergarten through to college. The school's programme is centred on consistent bilingual classroom instruction and peer experience in the national language and English, culminating in a national or international university entrance qualification.

Currently, more than 5,000 students from both local and internationally mobile families attend classes at one of the 17 schools in Switzerland, Germany, or Brazil.

The school is a company of the Kalaidos Swiss Education Group, which belongs to the Klett Group Germany.

We are looking for a Primary and Secondary School Teacher (m/w/x) for Sports to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning and conducting lessons in English
  • Preparing and delivering lessons in English
  • Mentoring and guiding students to ensure their personal development
  • Providing formative and summative feedback
  • Communicating student progress with parents
  • Participating in professional development

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An appropriate pedagogical qualification (fully qualified teacher, PGCE/QTS/2nd Staatsexamen or equivalent)
  • Experience in teaching in a bilingual environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to develop professionally
  • A passion for supporting children in their development as a whole personality
