Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT Service Portfolio Manager, der unsere IT-Service-Portfolios effizient und effektiv managt.

Hauptherausforderungen:
  • Das bestehende Service-Portfolio zu erneuern und zu optimieren
  • Die IT-Servicemanagementstrategie zu definieren und umzusetzen
  • Kommunikations- und Wissensmanagement-Maßnahmen durchzuführen
  • Das IT-Service-Portfolio mit strategischen Anforderungen des Unternehmens und des IT-Kundenbedarfs abzugleichen
  • Ein funktionsfähigen Steuerungsrahmen für die kontinuierliche Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Service-Portfolios sicherzustellen
Voraussetzungen:
  • Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Service-Portfolio-Management und ITIL
  • Teamgeist, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
