Salary
We offer a competitive salary scale (TVL 11-13) with transparency on progression. This compensation package includes long-term incentives such as employer stock options (VSOP or ESOP).
Job Description
The Role: As an AI Architect/Machine Learning Engineer, you will drive the development and deployment of sophisticated AI systems that revolutionize healthcare diagnostics. You will play a crucial role in our dynamic team, where every challenge is an opportunity for innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
What You Bring to the Team:
Essential Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in medical informatics, bioinformatics (or another life science field), or in medical documentation, data science, computer science or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling and ideally the use of medical data standards (HL7 FHIR, CDISC ODM, etc.).
- Proficiency in computational modeling and familiarity with medical ontologies (SNOMED CT, ICD-10, LOINC, etc.).
- Agile and structured problem-solving approach, with a proven record of taking on substantial responsibilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Stay informed on AI research trends, particularly in Safe AI, Ethical AI, and Fair AI.
- Experience with Cloud AI/ML services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Big Data technologies.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile project methodologies.
