Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Studydrive GmbH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid social channels.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies to meet or exceed set KPIs.
- Manage a 6-figure marketing budget across 5+ European markets and ensure efficient distribution across different channels.
- Collaborate with the Design & Content team to implement creative ideas and develop compelling marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices, and continuously experiment with new channels and strategies to drive growth.
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English, with German a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Google Tag Manager and MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer...).
