Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Germany. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out commissioning, customer training, maintenance, and repair work on-site with customers in Germany, occasionally abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement service and repair operations, including reporting and documentation.
- Support and service activities during shutdowns and commissioning of valves, electric actuators, and position controllers internationally.
- Organize required equipment (tools, PPE, etc.) and ensure HSE-related topics are addressed.
- Train service partners, customers, QRC, SCS, and system operators on the repair and maintenance of fittings, valves, electric actuators, and position controllers.
- Provide personal and direct customer support and collaborate with sales to ensure coordinated support for the customer.
Requirements
- Completed training in mechanical, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
- Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
- Physical fitness and intercultural competence.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, SAP R/3, and specific programs.
- Willingness to further train, including SCC certification.
- Good documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Stress resistance and solution orientation.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the country and abroad.
