Key Responsibilities

Oversee project management for e-invoicing initiatives utilizing SEEBURGER products for incoming invoice processing Collaborate on ongoing e-invoicing projects and contribute to the rollout of new initiatives Facilitate customer training sessions for SEEBURGER e-invoicing offerings and develop comprehensive documentation and guidelines Prepare presentation materials and deliver live demonstrations of SEEBURGER solutions for incoming invoice processing Manage tender documentation, requirement specifications, and subsequent customer inquiries


Candidate Profile

Completed degree in computer science or business administration, or equivalent commercial training in finance with extensive work experience, or IT training with a commercial focus and significant professional experience Proficient knowledge of SAP FI/SD Familiarity with incoming invoice processing Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English Understanding of B2B integration and the e-invoicing workflow is advantageous
