Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Data Scientist, der sich auf die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Big-Data-Lösungen für internationale Unternehmen spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres KI-Teams bei NorCom Information Technology GmbH & Co. KGaA werden Sie unsere Kunden bei der Analyse und Verarbeitung ihrer Daten unterstützen.

Aufgaben
  • Wir entwickeln und implementieren Big-Data-Lösungen für unsere Kunden, indem wir moderne Data Science Umgebungen wie Spark, Kubernetes und Cloud nutzen.
  • Wir trainieren und überführen Advanced Analytics- und Machine Learning-Modelle in den Betrieb.
  • Wir evaluieren die neuesten Methoden und Technologien und nehmen direkten Einfluss auf unsere Architekturentscheidungen.
  • Wir sorgen für eine fortlaufende Qualitäts- und Performanceverbesserung und betreuen Anwendungen und Ansprechpartner eigenverantwortlich während Entwicklung und Betrieb.
Qualifikationen
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich MINT.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Natural Language Processing (NLP) und praktische Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung und produktiven Einsatz von Machine Learning-Modellen (inkl. Deep Learning).
  • Exzellente Programmierfähigkeiten in Python, inklusive der Beherrschung der Standardbibliotheken für NLP, Machine Learning und Data Science, sowie Kenntnisse in mindestens einer weiteren Programmiersprache (z.B. Java).
  • Erfahrung in der Verarbeitung von großen Dokumentenmengen mit Speichersystemen (z.B. SQL-Server, Elasticsearch, MongoDB), Big Data Technologien (z.B. Nifi, Spark) und Machine Learning Plattformen (z.B. AWS Sagemaker, Azure Databricks).
  • Erfahrung mit Containern (z.B. Docker) und Orchestrierung (z.B. Kubernetes, OpenShift).
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch auf Mindestniveau C1 und Englisch, um Kunden und Kollegen zu überzeugen und technisch schwierige Konzepte klar und verständlich zu vermitteln.
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden.
