Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) für unsere chemische Produktion und Labor. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du an der Herstellung von Urinteststreifen beteiligt sein und verantwortlich für die Bedienung und Einrichtung von Produktionsmaschinen sein.

Hauptraumfelder
  • Herstellung von Testpapieren zur Produktion von Urinteststreifen
  • Einwiegen und Ansetzen von chemischen Lösungen gemäß Rezepturvorgaben
  • Bedienung, Einrichtung und Instandhaltung von Sondermaschinen
  • Lagerung und Kennzeichnung der eingesetzten Chemikalien und Materialien
  • Führen der EDV-Bestandshaltung im Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Dokumentation des Produktionsprozesses
Weitere Aufgaben in der Rolle als Gruppenleiter (m/w/d)
  • Fachliche Führung eines Produktionsteams von zwei Mitarbeitenden
  • Planung und Arbeitsvorbereitung der Herstellung von Testpapieren zur Produktion von Urinteststreifen
  • Verantwortung für Projekte und das Vorantreiben von Produktionsoptimierungen
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Produktionsdokumenten für das bestehende Qualitätsmanagementsystem nach DIN EN ISO 13485
Voraussetzungen
  • Ausbildung oder Studium im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich, bspw. als CTA, BTA, Laborant, Chemikant, Produktionsfachkraft Chemie, Chemietechniker, Biochemiker, Biotechnologe (m/w/d) oder ein vergleichbarer Hintergrund
  • Erfahrung im Laborbereich und im Umgang mit Chemikalien
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Maschinen und Anlagen wünschenswert
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Sichere EDV- und Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem QM-System sowie Teamführungskompetenz sind wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
