Job Opportunity
ADM is seeking a talented Graduate Finance Trainee to join our team. As a finance professional, you will play a key role in the success of our business, providing high-quality financial information and analysis to support business development and external reporting requirements.
About the Role
As a Graduate Finance Trainee, you will gain experience in an international environment within our Global Business Services, our Centers of Excellence and Business Unit finance teams. You will have exposure to senior finance leaders in ADM and will spend two years (plus optional 6 months) rotation in different finance functions, including Controlling and Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Statutory Accounting, Treasury, Credit and Tax.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher), ideally in finance, business, mathematical science, engineering or related discipline with a genuine interest for the agricultural industry
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), an additional language (German, French, Polish, Turkish) is an advantage
- Internationally mobile (Europe-wide to start)
- Highly motivated to develop a finance career in an international environment
- Strong interest to learn all aspects of finance, accounting and tax
- Proven ability to communicate confidently and effectively
- Aptitude for analysis and numbers
- Demonstrated capacity to handle a diverse number of projects simultaneously
- Strong ability to solve problems and act as a team player
- Microsoft Office Skills (Excel data tables, pivots, lookups, Access, PowerPoint) and interests in diverse Information Technology
- A valid EU work permit
