Senior Risk Assessment Specialist

As a Senior Risk Assessment Specialist at Lufthansa Technik AG, you will be responsible for overseeing a quality assurance program and coordinating and conducting global audits.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with departments to align ISO 27001 and LH Group Security guidelines.
- Initiate and track the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Develop and refine master plans and development scenarios for a unified security and quality standard.
- Provide expert advice on security matters, including global projects with Real Estate Management and expansion of locations.
- Identify, evaluate, analyze, and communicate security risks in various countries (e.g., terrorism, crime, cyber threats).
- Develop and adapt security plans according to individual needs.
- Master's degree (MBA preferred).
- Previous experience in developing security concepts, compliance, and project management is desirable.
- At least 5 years of experience in Aviation and Business Security. Experience in other industries is beneficial.
- Excellent English skills in writing and speaking. Additional languages are an asset.
- Fluent German language skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
