The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking or payment industry with experience in audit or control functions.
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Operational Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing operational risks, as well as ensuring consistency between the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and the Control Plan (LCP).
The role also involves managing historical and external incidents, analyzing and identifying needs concerning risk taxonomy, process mapping, and organizational scope.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of applicable regulatory frameworks and be able to provide periodic reports to management and control functions.
The Operational Risk Manager will work closely with the OPC Central team and participate in the preparation of the monthly permanent control Committee.
