Aufgaben

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Global Head of Information Security, der die globale Abteilung Informationssicherheit und Risikomanagement (ISRM) aufbaut und leitet. Der Kandidat wird für den Betrieb und das Management aller ISRM-/IT-Sicherheitslösungen und -plattformen verantwortlich sein. Er wird eine Produkt-Roadmap entwickeln und technische Implementierungsprojekte leiten. Der Global Head of Information Security wird sicherstellen, dass ein globales ISRM-Betriebsmodell für alle Geschäftsbereiche von LAPP entwickelt und umgesetzt wird.

Anforderungen
  • Studium der Informatik oder technisches Studium mit praktischer Erfahrung im Bereich Informationssicherheit und Risikomanagement
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Informationssicherheit und Risikomanagement
  • Mehrjährige Management- und Personalführungserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Vorschriften, Standards und Verordnungen, z.B. ISO 27001, GDPR, Cyber Resiliance Act (CRA) oder NIS-2
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Selbstständige, zielorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Fließende Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache
