About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our Landscape Orchestration team at SAP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex product features in a development team, resolving complex issues, and providing application implementation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and quality assure complex product features in a development team
- Resolve complex issues within own area of responsibility
- Provide application implementation services of specific product features within the boundaries of product specifications and requirements
- Requirements analysis and documentation
- Maintenance activities including error analysis and removal
What You'll Bring
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable education
- 5+ years of professional experience in Software Development as a developer
- In-depth experience with modern Java development and standard CI/CD environments
- Proficiency in designing and implementation of automation processes and tasks using low-code / no-code environments
- Solid understanding of SAP system lifecycle management and host level module development (perl, python, scripting)
- Good skills and knowledge of agile software engineering (ASE) methods and test-driven development (TDD)
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
Desirable Skills
- Passion for scalability and performance in large-scale deployments
- Basic ABAP knowledge

Our product "SAP Landscape Management" (LaMa) enables customers to simplify and automate the management and operations of SAP landscapes in hybrid environments. We contribute to the IT process automation and operations for Enterprise Cloud Services and S4HANA Cloud Ops.
