About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at Dorfner. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, managing their expectations and delivering exceptional service.
  • Monitor and control cleaning schedules, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Train and supervise cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage the ordering and distribution of cleaning supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a facilities maintenance or cleaning operations role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Fluent German language skills, with English language skills desirable.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) an asset.
